Our wcw (woman crush Wednesday) is the amazing Tracee Ellis Ross. We picked her for various reasons. She's smart, talented, accomplished, beautiful and funny. She also has a gorgeous head of hair to boot. We bet she'd be lots of fun to hang out with.
